Risk of loss
All items purchased from Dhathri.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Product Descriptions
Dhathri.com and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Dhathri.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Dhathri.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Pricing
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website, whether in Foreign Currency or Indian Rupees represents the full price of the product and shipping charges, unless specified otherwise in the Shipping Fees.

With respect to items sold on Dhathri.com, we charge your credit card before your order has entered the shipping process. For any reason if we are not able to ship you products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products not available. Any additional Shipping Fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:

If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.

If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by Dhathri.com.

Shipping
All of Dhathri orders are shipped door-to-door from our warehouse in Kerala, India to your provided shipping address via DTDC. Processing the order normally takes 2 working days and then Shipping normally takes 4-6 working days.

Shipping destinations offered by Dhathri.com for delivery will be extended and updated from time to time and listed online.

We do not ship backorders. We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 working days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.

DTDC will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. You can track the package through the Order Tracking facility. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call DTDC Customer Service at their local number and quote your tracking number to trace your package.

Duties and Taxes for International shipping
All of Dhathri orders shipped internationally from our warehouse in Kerala, India to your provided shipping address via DTDC. If international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with DTDC to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from DTDC for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay DTDC directly at the time of delivery. Dhathri takes no responsibility for non delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
This site is provided by Dhathri.com on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Dhathri.com makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk.

To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Dhathri.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Dhathri.com does not warrant that this site, its servers, or e-mail sent from Dhathri.com are free of viruses or other harmful components. Dhathri.com will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Dhathri and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the site.

Applicable Law
By visiting Dhathri.com, you agree that the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the Kerala High Court, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Dhathri.com or its affiliates.

Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Dhathri.com or to products you purchase through Dhathri.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Kerala, India, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Dhathri.com's intellectual property rights, Dhathri.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in India or internationally, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing under the Indian Arbitration Act. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Site policies, modification, and severability

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
